All services are provided on an informational and consulting basis; they do not constitute mandatory financial or legal advice.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• The Provider (HomeInspectionReviews) undertakes to provide services with professionalism and accuracy, based on available information.
• The User is obligated to provide complete and accurate information necessary for the performance of the ordered services.
• The User acknowledges that reports and analyses are prepared for informational purposes and do not replace an independent investigation or the decision of a licensed specialist.

3. Limitation of Liability

HomeInspectionReviews assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of the services or information provided. Our assessments do not constitute guarantees regarding the future value of a property or the absence of defects. The User assumes all risk of investment decisions made based on our consultation.

4. Payment Terms and Policies

Service prices are displayed at the time of order. Payment is due in advance, before work begins. In case of cancellation by the client, fees paid for services not yet started may be refunded proportionally, in accordance with the detailed policy on the respective service page. Returns are not accepted for completed services and delivered reports.

5. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice and without the right to a refund. The User may cease using the services at any time by discontinuing access to the platform.

6. Modification of Terms

HomeInspectionReviews reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
